Space-time structure of the self-gravitating compressible viscous fluids

The self-gravitating compressible viscous fluids are theoretically studied by the effective use of numerical methods. Our model equation is one-dimensional compressible Navier-Stokes equations with the gravitational force field in which the static gravitational instability (so called the Jeans instability) is well-described. In this paper the large-scale nonlinear structure formations are studied from the dynamical point of view. We show that the traveling dissipative pulse structures sometimes appear under the influence of complicated relations between the nonlinearity and the dissipation.
