Abstract
Abstract:

In this paper we try to simplify long and complicated sentences since they pose various problems in Natural language technologies. Text simplification could be used to ensure that texts adhere to standards. It is a two step process. The first step is to parse the sentence. The second step is to simplify the sentence. The next part of the paper deals with intelligent data correction. Whenever a word is corrupted either during network transmission or scanning, we may use spell-checking machine. It gives options based only on the letters present. But our machine gives options based on thegrammatical structure of the text that is corrupted.

Keywords:

Morphology, Parsing, Finite State Automata, Context Free Grammar, Semantics, and Grammar Checking, Data Dictionary.
