LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference will be held at the Marriott Boston Quincy in Quincy, Massachusetts, 8 miles south of downtown Boston.

A block of rooms has been reserved at a conference discount rate of $149 + tax per night (single or double) for the week of the conference. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the discount rate identify yourself as a member of ICCS 2006. These rates are only available until Friday, June 9, 2006. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

Meals

Meals are not included in the registration fee. A food concession with prices under $5 will be on-site exclusively for conference attendees. In addition, prepaid lunches for $15 per day and prepaid dinners for $25 per day will be available.

The conference hotel has two restaurants on-site as well.

A special banquet meal will be available prior to the Wednesday evening Herbert A. Simon Award and Banquet Session lectures. ***Conference attendees do not need to register for the banquet meal in order to attend the lectures.***

Take the red line to the "Quincy Adams" stop. The hotel is 3/4 mile up the hill (across the street from the train station). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station every 30 minutes from 6:30-9:15 a.m. and 3:15-5:45 p.m, Monday through Friday. In addition, a special ICCS shuttle will operate every 15 minutes from 7 a.m.-10 p.m on Sunday, from 7:30-10:30 a.m. and 5-11:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday.
