If your abstract has been accepted for presentation at ICCS, you should take the reviewers' comments carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready abstract/paper for the proceedings. The final version is due on:

April 30th, 2011

This is a firm deadline for the production of the electronic proceedings that will be distributed to participants at the ICCS 2011 conference site. You should submit your paper using your EasyChair author account. When you log in to EasyChair, you will see a new menu item "Proceedings (author)". Click on it, select the paper ID you plan to submit a camera-ready for, and then "Update this paper" on the right.

There are two templates provided for abstract/paper formatting:

  • Microsoft Word: available at http://necsi.edu/events/iccs2011/ICCS-Word-sample.doc "ICCS-Word-sample.doc" (kindly prepared by Jean-Claude Heudin) is a sample for how your abstract/paper should be typeset in Microsoft Word. Please format your paper the same way as the sample.
  • LaTeX: available at http://necsi.edu/events/iccs2011/ICCS-LaTeX.zip The files included in the above "ICCS-LaTeX.zip" may be used for formatting your abstract/paper using LaTeX. Instructions and samples are included as well.

For either case, if your submission is abstract only, please delete the main text from the samples. The length of your abstract/paper should be NO MORE THAN 15 PAGES.

[NOTE: In the acceptance notification letter, it was said that a full paper should be a separate file, but that was incorrect. If you plan to submit a full paper, you can go on to the main text of your paper right after the abstract in the same document.]

Please produce a PDF file from Word or LaTeX and submit it via EasyChair. There are free online PDF converters available if needed. The size of your PDF file should be NO MORE THAN 1 MEGABYTE.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us (iccs@necsi.edu).
